The statute of limitations for being SUED ranges from 3-6 years.Look up your State on this Site. You can be sued in whichever State has the higher SOL. They are lowlife scum collection agents who buy accounts for 2cents on the dollar. Send them a cease and desist all collection activities letter, registered return receipt.( I am assuming you were available for service on a law suit during the past 7 years,not in jail or a mental hospital,?that would "toll" or extend the SOL) And no, they can't re age your account.
