Suing Experian

Experian merged my credit file with someone else. They removed the other SS# and all associated credit accounts, however, one delinquent credit card account still remains. I have had them investigate and reinvestigate, but Experian claims it was able to verfity this information. When I contacted the credit card company, they do not have any record of my name, address, DOB, or SS#. Experian refuses to give me the full account number or how they verified the info so the credit card company can't look up the account in question. I sent a certified letter to Experian 30 days ago and now want to sue them. I live in Maryland and the small claims court here only allows you to sue for money-- it does not issue orders. What is the process for suing a credit reporting agency?
