Sounds like a con job to me- do you have caller i.d.with names ? Where is area code 866 ? If they call again,ask them to send you a letter with their request and a return address.Don't tell them you aren't going to pay.Just say you need it in writing.You might luck in to a "sting" reward for catching a con man. Doesn't matter if you moved around,your credit reports had all your addresses and the "tolling" for people moving has been eliminated except for those who changed names and s.s. #'s and were trying to hide.
