Don't give them the time of day. Get an answering machine. If they are not on all 3 credit reports (which should be the case) it is no longer being reported. Sounds like a possible scam outfit. If by chance, they do call you again - tell them you are recording the conversation and demand they provide you an address and phone number as well as the name of the person you are talking to - do not give them any other information.
