Got a phone call at work today from a collector

He called me 3 times even after I told him to stop calling. He said "I will not go away, and will not stop calling you at work" The debt is 4 years old, maybe 5 and is already on it's second collection agency. He has said numerous times that he is on the verge of taking me to court. The debt is $898.00 They are in another state, I am in TX, is there anything I can do to make him stop calling me? He said harassment is nothing to them, they get that line all day. What should I do?
