Linda , a while back you posted a web address (briefcase.yahoo.com ??? ) containing letters to send to calloection agencies asking them to validate debt or
offering a settlement. Could you please repost that exact address??? Thanks!!! Also , I have an account in collections that was with Viking Collection services fo r$9000 now today I received a letter regarding the same account from Risk Management services. What does this mean and what should I do??? I want to try to offer a settlement in exchange for deletion???? Why has it changed hands ??? (not to mention increased by 800 dollars) Help!
