Thank you for your post - I just found it. I haven't asked the CRA to remove the notation yet. I just got a letter back from the creditor stating "We are unable to find the liablity form". (Of course they can't because I never I signed one - I have a long story about being on hold for over 15 minutes and demanding to talk to a supervisor after my 4th call - but won't go into it.)

I am waiting to see what the CRA comes back with after their investigation. If they say it was verified I will send them a copy of the letter. Thanks for the info.
