Without knowing what you signed,there is no way of knowing if you waived any of your rights.I suggest you try to get a copy from whatever service you used.Even if you had reaffirmed,you can still use the original SOL delinquency date as a defense in a law suit,as the creditor would have to have proof that you waived your rights,and it is doubtful any credit repair organization would have given copies to your creditors.
