simple, cease and desist. If you have no income & no assets most creditors will not take a second look at you for suit.. if they try to sue, go bankrupt. Also you can consider promisory notes if you have a case where you will eventually get some $$ from the accident & feel the need to pay someone. most respectful companys will take a promisory note that comes from you and your attorney.
