Exactly! Your defense is all those little green cards and copies of your letters. Then the judge will ask them for proof. They come to court suing dozens of people at once, most of them never show up and the judgments are granted by default. I doubt they could prove any of them, and they won't be expecting you to be there with your letters. If they do expect you to do that, they won't sue you. That's the idea.

I recently read a coupel of stories about people who showed up with their proff that the CA didn't validate. It was hilarious. I think it was last month, I posted one of the messages here so folks could see what actually happens. They described the CA lawyer's face when the judge dismissed it. If you can find it, it's fun reading.

We should all publish a book one day, LOL.
