Question on OKLAHOMA Construction Liens

I know someone that has a lien placed against her home (Oklahoma) for construction work. The Schedule B report shows that this a MORTGAGE (??), when in fact this was siding work. The lien was placed March 31, 1994 recorded in July 1994.
Is the Statute of Limitations on something like this the same as it would be for a regular judgment that shows up on a credit bureau? I know the SOL in OK for judgments is 5 years, however, since this is a lien is it different? And what is the SOL on a lien like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
