There is no relationship between a property lien and a judgement,exept if the lien is to SATISFY a judgement. If Ok. is like most other States any person who does home improvements can file a lien on the property without getting a judgement. Just as a mechanic can file a mechanics lien on a car for unpaid repairs.I do not believe these type of liens show up on credit reports.
