Yep - The contract indicates that I am entitled to a full refund of any fees paid if they are unable to get the financing placed, however it fails to give specifics on how long they have to 'rescind' their side of the bargin - I have no time to rescind as in California there is no cooling off period. Seems a little unfair doesn't it...
