r there any credit quick fixes?

My question is this-is it possible to have a family member add me to two of there creditors ie.. visa & sears, as an authorized user or joint acct. holder, that has a minimum of 12 mo. on-time payment history to help quickly increase my credit score within the next 6mo.?
