You should send them cease and desist letters,not validation. All you really want to do is have them stop trying to collect from you. Anything else will not help your credit, and might even hurt it,by having them maliciously update information on your reports. In 3 years,if they haven't dropped from your reports,THEN is the time to legally start filing verification and validation letters.
