thanks for the post. Why chat, I'm trying to impove my credit score. You said, "it would take 1 legitimate validated account to really mess up your credit for years to come." I'm confused by this statement. If the (SOL) has passed and there on my report now, my credit is all ready messed up, right? Wouldn't it work in my favor to dispute, since they can't sue anyway? Having them on my report now basically means there validated. What's the worst that could happen? Isn't it illegal to sue if they know the (SOL) is up? How would this mess up my credit for years/ They can't re-age it can they?
