Send the copy of your reports, they can pull them anytime they want to, anyway. What's the big deal? Unless you have negatives they don't know about. You can see if they've looked at your reports (most card issuers do it regularly) by checking the inquiries section for any variation of their name.

Maybe there is a technical error they are not aware of, and they could fix it and report like you want them to.

Most of the card companies that want to protect their customer base do incomplete reporting - like CapOne not reporting limits, others don't report balances, some (a lot) don't report the amount of your payments.

Then the latest trick seems to be not reporting at all until you have a hefty balance, then stopping reporting for a long time, leaving the big balance on your report for months (that lowers your score, makes you look less attractive to other lenders).

The other thing to consider, is that a "hidden" line of credit is a good thing to have - stick your balances there and keep you credit profile slim and trim ;)
