The other party is still around and well. I haven't done anything to keep it quite and not stir the fire. I would like to pursue getting rid of the issue, but if that will reactivate it, should I just let slleping dof lie. If so, is there any point at which it is safe to pursue a dismissal, or just wait till everyone dies.
