You should do it yourself...it's simple and it will save you that $1100.00...you say you have no assets so it should be simple...trust me...I was in the same situation except that I only paid $500.00 for a preparer. When I finished with the whole thing I couldn't believe I paid this guy $300.00 ($200.00 filing fee) to fill out the forms I could have easily filled out myself. Go online to do research on bankruptcy and get yourself a book on it...I could imagine the attorney you might hire congratulating him/herself
on the easy money he/she made off of you!
