6:30 phone call

I have this credit company hounding me and the other day they called at 6:30 in the morning on a national holiday (President's Day). Usually I don't answer the phone when I think it's them (caller ID) but I did because it was 6:30 in the morning and my boyfriend was out of town. I thought it might be him. I was furious when I heard the voice on the other line. All I said is "it's 6:30 in the morning!!!!!" and hung up. Isn't this against the law? What recourse do I have? Any advise would be great....
