Bk and debt

I filed BK in 2000 chapter 11. At the time I had an Amex but did not have a balance on it as it was paid monthly. I have continued to use this card but have told them that I do have a BK> They continued to give me credit for almost two years and then cancelled the card. I have some extended pay charges on it. They turned it over to a collection agency without it even being a month overdue. What are my options? Can they file a judgement if I am still paying the Bankrupsty until May of 2003?
