Linda...Where can I find a good consumer lawyer?

I read up on the FCRA and see that I can sue for attorney's fees as well as damages and court costs. I'd like to hire a lawyer if this is true because I've tried filling out the Small Claims Complaint form and it is very confusing. I don't want to mess this up and the district court employees were not very helpful as they can't offer legal advice. Any thoughts on where I could find a decent consumer lawyer in the Annapolis, MD area?
