First I’d like to thank you for your help. It is truly and greatly appreciated! Doesn’t the creditor have an obligation to send a monthly statement in a situation like this since no payment schedule had ever been assigned? I am most upset at the fact that no effort by Chase was made to me directly after my stopping the services of the Credit Service. I wouldn’t be in this situation if they had just sent me a bill. I thought I read something in some Debt Law that said the creditor needed to do something as far as letting you know about your balance or something. I can’t make heads or tales of these laws. ;-)
