Akron Bank credit card

I applied for a " Bank of Akron credit card on 1-7-02. I paid 42.00 first time fee for a visa card with a $ 1.000.00 pre-aproved line of credit. I haven't received anything. tried tracking down the Akron bank address but no luck. My money order had been cashed on 1-16-02. still waiting on my card or letter. It's been over 6 weeks. I even paid an extra fee for my card to be rushed out to me.I applied for a cross country visa on 1-12-02 and received it on 2-18-02.
