Hello: I am sorry if this is a repeat question, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I am in the process of buying a house with my fiance. I filed for bankruptcy 4 years ago. Upon viewing my credit report, a judgement was filed against me before my bankrupcty, yet remains on my credit report. Isn't this something that the bankruptcy should have covered? Can I get this removed, and how long does that usually take? Thanks, Brad Olson
