The judgment can stay on your report for 7 years, however, assuming you included that debt in your bk, it whould read "included on bankruptcy" - if it doesn't, dispute it with the credit bureaus. Usually your mortgage broker or loan officer will help you with things like this. All they need to see is the documentation that the debt was included in your bk filing.
