I don't know which credit counseling service you used,nor how the rest of your accounts were paid. You might want to check your credit report and see if there are any other loose ends. These services don't do a very good job in general. Chase may very well have been notified of the ccs arrangement, and WAS in the system, and not paid. There may be others.
