Who seized your checking account? Usually that requires a judgement from a court. Did a cc get a judgement against you? And your student financial aid awards may be exempt from seizure especially if they are federal - AND - they are not earnings. The cost of a BK atty. varies from state to state. However, it might be a good idea to check with one in your area. If your college has a law school they may offer free consultation to students.
