In 1993 a Bank filed suit against my husband and myself for default on a Promissory Note, and received a Judgement. No further action has been taken by the Bank. My husband and I divorced in 1995 and in the divorce decree he assumed full responsibility and liability for the Judgement. In 1999 my ex-husband filed for bankruptcy and the Judgement debt was discharged by the bankruptcy court. Can I be held responsible for the Judgement?
