I took a golf cart to be repaired. The company said they had to replace the motor. After 6 months I called to see what the deal was. They said they needed to give me a loaner cart while they repaired mine. In December 2001, they had my golf cart for 2 years. Now, February 2002, they want their cart back and said they can't fix ours. We figured they had lost ours so in December 2001, we fixed up the loaner cart with paint and big tires and a lift kit. Do I have to give it back to them? Isn't there a statute of limitations?
