Yes TU can be held accountable. It can try your patience, but hang in there. First, try this: ask Transouth if you can send them a copy of your Transunion file for them to correct it with Trans Union. Highlight the accounts you fell they can correct, and write a short note explaining what's wrong and what you want them to do. That might solve your problem. The issue is that, with CRA's, you are dealing with $7.50 an hour employees, who must handle 10 disputes an hour to keep their jobs. It is a not a formula for accurate credit reporting. Anyway, ask them, and if they agree, do it. If not let me know and I will give you another thing to try. Send all mail with some kind of verification that they received it - USPS now offers a delivery tracking service that does not require a signature. Linda
