No need for panic. They may start trying to collect from you, but you can fend them off! Even if someone does sue you there are things you can do to stop them. If you are willing to be pro-active and deal with things, you can clean up your credit much faster. Just don't ignore anything - then you will lose.

I would start looking for a lawyer now - it can take a while to find one who is sympathetic.
