You should do research on your debt negotiator (i.e. Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Professional Regulations, etc.) before signing anything. If this is all cc debt I wouldn't be surprised if the creditors try to sue you. The best way (you don't want to hear it) is BK. Actually your credit would fare better than trying to pay off that enormous debt and you'd keep your sanity. With a debt negotiator that debt will stay on for a long time. The same holds true for BK - but you don't owe the debt. And legally, once in BK process creditors are legally forbidden to contact you. Florida has a lot of exemptions but BK will probably give you the better outcome. By the way, these creditors don't care if they sue you - why have a judgement against you or a lawsuit for that matter.
