Credit dispute questions???

Firstly, Ive been checking my dispute status online w/experian and 4 of the 5 came back updated. One account in perticluar a capitol one charge off but im only an authorized user. What steps should i take next on this one???? secondly,
there are two accounts on my report that im an AU (wifes cards) but she carries high balances on. Is this affecting my ce score and if so should i get these removed??? accounts are in good standing??
