thanks for your advice. we have all been trying to convince her to move to FL...her sister lives there. However, she refuses...says the job market is bad, dont pay well, etc. Anyways, is there any other alternative? Could she like sell the house to me for a dollar or whatever and then the house would be out of her name and she can then go rent somewhere...possibly even from me since I would then own the house? Would she then be able to file Chapter 7 and not have to pay them back? Thanks again for your advice...its always greatly appreciated and respected.
