Chargeoff - showing up 3 times on credit report

I had an account with Bank One that was charged off in 7/1999. I am now paying this account through the collection agency Midland Credit. When I got a copy of my credit report the other day, I realized that Gulf State was showing that they charged off this same Bank One account in 3/2000.

I am being hit 3 times on my credit report for the same account, is there anything I can do about this??
