Linda, Have capitol one charge off in which i thought i was AU and called them to see. They told me that i was the primary so i said okay fax me something with my signiture that this account is mine. rep says she doesnt have anything that has my sig. if i send validation letter and they cant send anything with my signiture they have to remove it correct???
