i was signed on to ameridebt to decrease my bills but they never seemed to go down any, so I quit paying them.is the SOL three years from the date of delinquency or three years from the date of charge off, or three years from last payment? any response would be greatly appreciated. Should i request a copy of my credit report?, or will that just trigger more collections. thanks
