whychat or linda i posted earlier in the month around the 11 and you both helped me out then but now i have more trouble. i received the court date but can not make that date. had to call the lawyer for the ca to ask for a contiuance. this guy says to me wouldnt you rather settle, i told him no. then he says that the sol has not run out that it is 6 years not 3 here in wash. state. i told him he was wrong. he gave me this rcw 4.16.040. i dont know how to look that up. is he right? i filed the notice to appear and answer thing now have i shot myself in the foot? when i first got the s& c i told them i would make payment arrangements with them. 150.00 a month starting 2/28/02. well on 2/4/02 they send me a letter saying i have missed my payment and i have defaulted that they are processing with legal action. isnt that something they can get in trouble for? i have a letter sent to me just 2 weeks before saying february is when the bill are due. what do i do? i am shaking so bad after having talked to him.
