I have property (Illinois) that has two judgements against it. One is dated in 1993 and one in 1994. The one in 1993 has ceased business and declared bankruptcy. I filed for bankruptcy in 1996 when my husband suddenly died without life insurance. Is there anything I can do to clean up these judgements? I can not afford to pay them now.
