robert thank you for your reply to my 2/28 post. i guess i was unclear in my post but i had to call the lawyer for the collection ag. to get the continuance. the court wouldnt do it. they told me to call him sadly. every site that i have found says the sol for credit cards is 3 years. also in my answer i did state that the plaintiff is barred by the statue of limitations. this guy must just be blowing smoke. if anyone else might have some answers for me i would really appreciate the help. my original post has more info. thank you :O)
