thanks linda. they did send me a copy of the card app. with my signature on it when i got the sum. & comp. i guess i better call an attorney.maybe i did the wrong thing. the lawyer did say he would do a continuance for me as i will be out out town on the court date they sent us. at least he did that much for me. this is ALL so scary!
