I will repeat; Federal laws and regulations supercede ALL State laws. The FDIC section TILA(Truth In Lending Act) DEFINES CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS AS "OPEN ACCOUNTS"
Pull up the link below, print it,highlight for the jerk CA lawyer the DEFINITION of "OPEN ACCOUNT" and tell him to stop bothering you,or you will report him to the State Bar,file a complaint against him with the FTC and sue his A$$.
