They are horrible to deal with. They sent me what looked like legal forms, and I called them and they said I didn't have to respond to the suit. Then they went ahead and got a default judgment after I not only paid them an initial amount, but also was given a settlement amount in writing my one of their offices. I got an attorney, and filed a motion to set aside the judgment, as I too do not want garnishment. I am willing to pay within their terms, which we agreed upon, and their attorney filed the judgment. From the letters that I received from them, I do not think they communicate with each other. I have 5 different people telling me to send payment to 3 different addresses. I'm just hoping the judge will agree that this was ridiculous. Good luck!
