Follow up.

If I got sued could I use the defense that they didn't follow my states law on open accounts? I'm 3 years into this account. The sol. in california is 4 years. I checked with a banking organization a couple months back to inquire how much interest could legally be charged on open accounts in california.. Delaware has gone way past my states legal limit on interest. I'm paying 23&.. ouch. That's not allowed in california if the card comes from california..

please help
