If they are not yours, yes, use the dispute form. If they are yours, and it is the same account, dispute one as a duplicate. If it is two different accounts and the details are inaccurate, wirte a vague letter that says something like "how can you report such things? This is not right. I never owed $xxx.00 to BigBank, Inc." - sound kind of dumb and angry, but don't get legal. Include a photocopy of your credit report with the items highlighted (sometimes their employees get confused).

It might just get deleted. You can get legal later ;)
