Yes, she was an officer-partner, but the company made no money and as far as I know is bankrupt. She had no other choice but to find work somewhere else. She used her SSN, not their EIN for the card, but she has no part in the company and stopped using the card as soon as she left the company. She takes full responsibility for the CC and even tried to negotiate with them, but they said the interest rate would be 30%.
