I agree. Calling all these people only satisfies your immediate emotional need to "do something back." It does not solve your problem. Solving the problem is complicated, requires patience and persistence, because it takes time and effort. It also take emotional detachment.

Everything must be documented, in writing, and will have to stand up to scrutiny in court. Because that is the only thing Gulf State understands. You can call them and harrass them, and then they will come after you harder because you are respondig in a manner that will not achieve anything in the long run, and they know it.

Believe me when I say they don't care. They really don't. The money they make is worth the harrassment they put up with. They do this for profit. They don't have feelings about it. You are the one with feelings about it, and that is your weak point. That is how they get to you.
