Ask the lawyer to sign a petition to vacate the judgment. I had to do that. I posted the documents used on my yahoo site
http://briefcase.yahoo.com/serenitybreeze
in the "judgment" folder. The only thing missing is the letter to the plaintiff lawyer asking him/her to sign the motion. I can't find it :/ However, just a simple note will do.

Dear Bigshot Lawyer:

Since, as you have stated, this judgment was filed in error, please sign the enclosed motion to vacate, so this matter can be resolved.

Thanks blah blah blah,

Be sure you change these documents to fit your situation, LOL, or they will think you are crazy. These documents were for my situation, in a court in my state. However, the general format for such a motion is the same everywhere.
