Linda Question. About judgement??

I had a hospital bill for 420.00 That was filed in my bk7 and the file date of my bk was 10/13/97. I called and told the hospital that i was including the bill in my chapter 7. Now the hospital must have got any atty cause on my credit report the courts gave a judgement for the 420.00 on 10/23/97. How can a judge gave a judgement when the bill is filed with the bankruptcy court 2 weeks earlier??? Can i get this removed from my credit report???
